So I know I pre ordered TTK, even had been rocking Suros Minimalist since it dropped on the 15th. Logged on this morning to see that those pre order bonuses are now locked and I can no longer equip or even find them in the kiosks. Anyone else having this issue?
[b]Update 1[/b]: So this is a much bigger problem then a few buggy players. Bungie is telling us to update some licensing info but according to some players, they are losing the Suros Preorder pack all together. (Link to thread below) Personally gonna sit on them till some more info comes out.

[b]IMPORTANT Update 3 IMPORTANT:[/b] Big shout out to Axel Gunshin on this one. As it stands, dealing with Microsoft support has been an absolute nightmare (until he reached a supervisor) So it may be a good idea for everyone to relax before dismantling/deleting/reinstalling anything.
It appears that both Bungie and Microsoft are aware of the situation and are working toward a fix. Still going to wait and see what an official Bungie statement might hold.
[b]Update 4:[/b] Looks like Bungie has officially recognized the issue. However, they are still pushing their "fix" of updating license info. So far haven't seen this work so staying patient.

4 RepliesUpdate from the support chat: The supervisor I have been talking with has acknowledged that they are getting many reports and that they are looking into the issue due to the rapidly increasing numbers they are getting with the same problem. It is also said that this is likely known to Bungie (duh!) and that a statement/fix should be coming. That said, I am dubious about the last part considering the canned response given by Help Staff here. Either way, it is something that Bungie has to fix and that Microsoft is dealing with a storm over. Most I can suggest now is to be patient for a little while at least.
