Still? Its been 4 days now... Fix this shit...

This has been happening since day 1 for XB1... Still getting baboon, anteater, weasel and other errors... Its not the players ISPs, fix it or at least explain what is going on rather than putting the blame on the players... UPDATE: Here's the list of every error code I've received since TTK released, in no particular order: Beaver, Weasel, Baboon, Vulture, Bee, Newt, Anteater, Beetle, Caterpillar, Viper, Cockatiel, Coconut, Canary Xbox One - Wired Connection - Open Nat - 150+/Mbps

  • At this point, I'm going to just start marking all Bungie copy/paste posts as offensive. There's enough posts from enough people on these 'sometimes intermittent' issues to show that it began when Update 2.0 and TTK released. Everyone's internet didn't just suddenly begin sucking.

  • I am getting weasel errors these last 5 days already. I can not be online on destiny for more then 5 minutes. I already tried almost everything. Please fix your servers bungie

  • Im on ps4 and i cant play crucible for more then 30 min before it dc me. And my internet is fine for every other game.

  • I'm sorry to hear that you're having connection issues. Sometimes these are intermittent and just happen once, or for a short period of time, due to network conditions between you, Bungie, and other players. Other times it can be related to your home network, other devices connected to your network, or the connection with your ISP. When you see a variety of different errors in a short period of time like this it typically indicates that there's an issue with the connection along the route that traffic is taking from your console to Bungie, or the P2P connections Destiny utilizes to connect you to other players. Even when other games seem to be working fine we've found that Destiny may require a few tweaks to your network to get the best performance.

    • I am currently rank 3 in iron banner, but if I hadn't been kicked to the start menu before half of my matches were finished I should be at least rank 5. BUNGIE NEEDS TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS!!!

    • Keep getting baboon, weasle error codes. Constantly since this last update. Iam wired and have all open ports. Bungie you need to look into this and fix it. Alot of my friends are having the same issue. Especialy since the last two updates

          • Bungie gives an answer...people don't like it assume they are blamed for the connection drop and resort to throwing out hate, anger comments to hopefully motivate bungie to something different. Ya because developers want to listen to people who do that. Has anyone asked Bungie if the Team is aware of people who have done the trouble shooting guide and are experiencing the issue still. No? Well someone might want to ask in a nice polite manner. Bungie giving the troubleshooting guide Is their first step in hopefully narrowing down the cause of the error. If it doesn't work, come back and calmly tell them the issue still occurs.

              • I used to get weasel/caterpillar daily, I did some adjusting to my router and now I RARELY will get disconnected. Most of the times it's just how our router is configured. Ya factory settings say it's fast and stable, but sometimes you have to do a little more configuring. I used DMZ, and nothing interferes with my connection to destiny.

              • I keep get error code anteater back to back i cant even get through a mission without getting kicked out i have type 2 nat type which is ok to playstation standard please fix this, it make me no want to play this game anymore

                  • lol, fix it? half them are covered under the whole generic error code section. they claim to not know what these errors are but some one went through the trouble of naming them and blaming you for them.
