I'm in your exact same situation. It's been close to two weeks I've been struggling to download the new 2.0 update, but Bungie refuses to acknowledge the problem in the slightest, the most they say is that "we're working on a solution" yet they'll then soon after push out an update to fix shaders or fix emblems. this really is a mockery to the community that they're more interested and focused on fixing things that people are supposed to buy then fixing the game that we're supposed to play, it really shows people that Bungie is not a company that's about the fans; rather it's all about the money.

I don't know if it's that they aren't focusing on it. It might be more 'These are easier to fix so lets get those out of the way first then focus on the hard problems'. Also i'd like this thread to be more of a 'Got any suggestions for me? ' thread than a ' Bungie just wants our money' thread.

I'm here to tell you that there isn't any "suggestions" since there isn't a fix; and there isn't a fix because bungie doesnt think it's important enough. I Believe that most people would rather play the game that they payed for, mind you this game + content is now around 100+, im pretty sure people would want to at least be able to play the game rather then sit in silence and hope that bungie is attempting to fix the problem. besides if they really cared about there fans, they would want people to actually eb able to play the game first, then focus on the small things. See it this way: Say you bought a car in full and when you go down to the dealership, an attendant says you can't get your car because of reasons they wont tell you....its the same with Bungie, we've already payed for the game and DLC yet bungie wont make a fix or even at the very least, announce the reason for it and a time frame when it'll be fixed

There are always problems when games/patches are released. This is just one of those 'Never would have thought of that happening' issues. There is no way they could have known we would have had these kinds of troubles.

ofcourse not, im not blaming them for being suprised, im blaming them for their lack of action
