The first month and a half were my favorite, everything was new and I hadn't done everything 1 million times.

Exactly. When I first saw how short vanilla destiny was, my expectation was that each DLC would be like a re-release of similar content that was in vanilla destiny. Otherwise, how could they really develop the in-depth rich game they promised us? Turns out, each DLC was worth just 1 strike, a couple of storyline missions, and a single raid. POE/Trials IMO completely worthless. I didn't like playing trials when every BK has a thorn or a lag switch and POE was just aweful to grind through. Whoever thought it would be fun to be locked in a sardine can with dozens of bullet sponges and objectives that require you to run out into the middle of said bullet sponges to complete should be made the Defense Minister of North Korea and then fed lots of sleeping pills.
