Didn't watch the video, but I also find Gunslinger way more fun in PvP. Throwing knife kills on those kids rushing at you with shotties is my favorite thing in the world. I also don't find Bladedancer to be fun AT ALL. Just spamming RB and hoping you don't get a Fist or Nova Bomb to the face is just not my style.

Spamming the RB isn't the proper way to play. It works, but it's beginner-tier stuff. Pick the Showstopper or Razor's Edge and let the energy do your work for you from afar. Plus, you can't really get more than 4 kills with a GG, and often no more than 2-3. If you are getting less than 3 with a BD, you're doing it wrong.

I run with Razor's Edge and it's really effective, but I hate getting caught in that animation. The biggest thing I hate about it is popping BD and immediately getting shut-down by another super, while GG can kill from distance. Granted, I main a Warlock and primarily play Gunslinger when I am on my hunter (love that Throwing Knife), so I'm by no means claiming to be an expert. Very minimal experience with the class.
-
Yeah, I hate that any other offensive super will kill us.

Agreed.
-
Totally agree. No skill with blade dancer, just stealth camping most of the time.
-
Odd. I don't run an invisibility built at all on my BD. Hungering blade, increased sprint/slide, arc blade ready quick, etc. And I still manage to surprise people by getting behind them. Especially on Exodus Blue.
-
the stealth camping is a prominent tactic but the ability to get behind enemy lines and then do much damage from an unexpected location is exciting to me
-
I live flanking! Seems to be a forgotten tactic

it works with both classes but Sometimes on certain maps bladedancer can be superior with the ability to stay off of the radar
