If yoy work out hard at least 3 times a week for an hour a time regardless of what your life style is, nothing steps in as exercise apart from gym time. Doesn't matter how busy you think your job is or hoe much you walk, gym time still gets done. Push yoyr self in the gym and life is easy. "Train hard, race easy" Choose the stairs (always) and never eat after 7 (not ever)

Also depends how fat you are. I had a friend who was so fvcking fat... He got depressed and only started to eat Weetbix in the morning and started doing exercise intensely ... Don't recommend however he nearly died. But he pulled through and looks great! So much coming from a family who's big boned.

I first started by lifting weights and I stopped drinking soda and eating super bad all the time. You just have to stay committed. I've been doing it for years.

Edited by Uberdawg: 7/2/2015 2:18:53 AMRemember that, while quality is good for many reasons, if your sole aim is to lose weight, it is quantity that counts most. Cut caloric intake. I lost around 40 pounds eating roughly the same diet I'd been eating before. I just started eating a hell of a lot less, didn't even work out. (Though working out is awesome and you should do it, it's not necessary to lose weight, it just helps things along.) To any of the heftier brothers reading this, I urge you to start trying this. Once you go thin, you never want to go back, it's great and I wish everyone the best of luck in achieving it.

Replace fast food with a salad and carbonated drinks with water is probably the easiest ways.

1 ReplyI lost a great deal of weight by drinking fresh veg juice. Wife and i both did. Google joe cross fat sick and nearly dead also joe cross mean green juice. It does work exceptionally well.
