Armor first. Its a no-brainer. Armor first means a lot less damage taken and also damage done increase. While choosing to upgrade a weapon first means still same damage taken and also that you only do more damage with only that weapon instead of with all if u upgrade armor first.
Get to 34 first, then weapons.

actually damage stays the same weather you are equal to or above the enemies level in PvE. Also im guessing you ment more damage as a longer time to fire your weapon.

Depending on the level the AI has in PoE, increasing to 34 seems the more intelligent choice. Say PoE enemies are level 35, it'll make a huge difference if you go in as a 32, 33 or 34. Look at Crota's End ;-)

Ye, that's exactly my point. If you have any interest whatsoever to do poe it will def. Be better to upgrade armor first. :)

Yup, Fatebringer will play an important role in PoE as well (my guess), since Arc shields of captains! I think I'm gonna run Fatebringer / Hawkmoon, Ice Breaker / Efrideets Spear, Gjallarhorn / Thunderlord / Hunger of Crota / Against All Odds.

I again was talking about anything other than raids and iron banner.

Edited by Xendrie: 5/1/2015 1:29:53 PMIf the new enemies in the "raid" are 34 (which is most likely) you will take less damage and do more damage if you reach 34. I know about older content. We are speaking of new content here. And i don't understand what u mean with the last part.
-
I was referring to anything other than the raid like strikes for example.
-
Ye but strikes is of no importance, only end game content
-
Sorry for the miscommunication.
-
No worry mate i wasn't exactly specific about it either what i meant :)

Until you do vog or are finished with all other forms of game content for that week. I was just stating that it would not make a difference in those forms of content anything else would make it a fair choice.
