I said no. It's unpopular but there would be no need to use raid primaries and grind hard mode for them. It gives you that slight incentive to raid for them......
I love my fatebringer and vision of c. Word if crota could use a perk buff but still great.....
English
-
They're still legendary. That's a huge incentive
-
And raid weapons have a unique perk that makes the raid easier.
-
Yes. The new perks are pretty lame (except black hammer) but ultimately very powerful. I still say no to exotic elements damage - for primaries anyway.
-
Still have to disagree
-
It's ok. You are allowed to...... But just this once.....
-
-
Except raid weapons are legendary and you can equipt more then one
-
-
Raid weapons still offer primarys that are legendary and don't take up that exotic slot. Keep in mind that elemental primaries don't drastically help raids. Its the nightfall and weekly that really benefits. So why aren't they dropping from that source? Personally I don't enjoy raiding all that much, but I do enjoy the nightfall and burn missions. Why do I have to raid to be more effective in these other areas that i actually enjoy?
-
So you would never use your icebreaker or gjallarhorn again? Lmao You're still going to need raid primaries....
-
Raid primaries?! Aren't in the same class as ice breaker and gallahorn. Firstly. Secondly they are raid primaries so something has to make them "raid worthy" more importantly hard raid worthy. No exotics shouldn't have elemental damage. Only the raid primaries should. To give them an extra edge. Now BUFF THE NECRO bungie you slags......
-
Surely an EXOTIC (the highest tier item in the game) is equally as rare and should be treat equally if not more specially then raid weapons which are guaranteed to drop from the particular raid section eventually, therefore both groups of guns should be given an "edge" so they stand separate from other items
-
Exotics can also be bought. Raid weapons can't. Has to have an adhesive team of six (mainly) to obtain them.....
-
Then make bought exotics kinetic
-
All exotic primaries are just kinetic. Only vex (solar) and necro (arc) are raid exotics. The rest are just kinetic
-
Or don't add a damage type to them
-
Elemental damage doesn't add extra damage...
-
You are missing my point. It's not about damage - it's about keeping the raid primaries strong. As in worth doing the hard raid for.
-
People would still use them. He brought up Ice Breaker and Gjallarhorn because they're both very effective exotics that would stay most peoples' go-to exotics. Meaning that they would have to use a raid primary if they wanted elemental damage. Has it really gotten to the point where people need their weapons to be special snowflakes? How did it get this bad?
-
Raid primaries are unique. It had nothing to do with special snow flake. I'm not an elitist or anything of the sort. You need a reason to keep the raid primaries strong (and unique)
-
You have special snowflake syndrome. Your argument is kind of invalid otherwise.
-
Has Fck all to do with that. Let me spell it out for you. Raid primaries are special because they have certain traits. Don't be that abusive cnt. Hard raid primaries are special because???
-
They are strong, first of all, and giving other weapons elemental damage wouldnt make them any weaker. Which just leaves the part about them being "unique", to which I direct you to the "special snowflake" comment in my last post.
