Thank you to everyone who reported their issues. We've been doing a lot of data gathering surrounding this issue, and your input has been incredibly valuable. So valuable, in fact, that we have found a cause for the problem and are preparing to deploy a fix so your gamertag information shows up on your Bungie.net profile.
Many of you will find that your Xbox Live gamertags are now appearing on your profiles, and you can access your Destiny account information; you've likely been a part of our science experiments if that's the case. If you still can't see your gamertag and Destiny info by the end of the week, the most likely cause is that you are not on the correct Microsoft account that has your Xbox Live information.
If your gamertag info is still not showing, you can troubleshoot the status of your Microsoft and Xbox Live info [url=http://support.xbox.com/en-US/my-account/microsoft-account/forgot-microsoft-account-solution]here[/url].
You will hopefully find that you indeed used a different Microsoft Account. If that is the case, create a new Bungie.net profile with the correct account. If it is not the case, we have seen issues where something in Microsoft's system is not properly reporting your gamertag to Bungie. In this case, Microsoft support has been able to work with customers to resolve this issue.

That is a [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12285]WebGL problem on your browser[/url] or a hardware issue with your mobile device. Feel free to make a[b] new thread[/b] about it under #Help and #mobileissues. Be sure to include your device platform, OS, OS version, and app version (you can find it under the about tab).

She had advised me to let you contact bungie through forums since we can't really find any fault on your account. You know, it would really be easier if we have control over this Mike but we really could not find any problems on your Xbox account. But anyway, she told me that bungie would be able to link it manually if all of the troubleshooting steps have been exhausted.", " Yes, they can definitely link it manually Mike. However, bungie doesn't really have a contact number or any chat support links so I'd strongly recommend that you post thread on their forums link. Its a community forums Mike and bungie's specialist would be looking on the posts from time to time so they should be able to reach you out when you post a thread on there. While we at support, we really don't have any control on this Mike since we are only focused on the Xbox accounts. As much as we'd really love to go further or dig deeper but again, we really don't have any specific tool to do it manually on our end because we know that you already exhausted everything."
