It would also be cool if each Stealth Strike had a different entering objective, and different escaping ways, if that makes any sense.
.....And, if your team is caught, it makes all the enemies stronger and more alert. This means that when your team gets to the boss, they'll already be ready (sorry if that sounds weird), and they'll have a much greater defense and secured battleground.
It would also be cool the enemies have search lights, sensors, traps, and drones patrolling the area.
And if you do kill enemies, you'll have to hide the evidence. If you don't hide it and an enemy finds evidence, then every enemy will be searching around and would be more alert. So will the drones and the radius of sensors and search lights.
