Edited by Mr Kreepz: 2/23/2015 5:56:46 AMYes. As I stated in my first edit. I appreciate you trying to help, but this issue is not mine, but Bungie's as they have admitted to me numerous times in prior posts.

Then by posting this, it may just do nothing than get this post deleted again.

Edited by Mr Kreepz: 2/23/2015 12:42:20 PMNo, it holds them accountable. I have detailed records of every post stored, as well as every response I've received. I have made it clear. Either they fix their servers, or I will file a case with the Better Business Bureau followed by a class action lawsuit. Anyways, I will continue to post my disconnects, which I am sure will not be going away anytime soon, until they are either fixed, mentioned that they will be addressed in a future update, or Bungie comes out and admits that the connection issues that their consumer base is experiencing is their fault.

Edited by The Sheep Herder: 2/23/2015 1:30:37 PMRNG, it's not that I don't agree, it's just that they don't care about the woes of one person on the forum. They are great game makers, but not quite the best in customer service... However, filing a lawsuit is possibly the worst thing you could do, not only do you run the risk of being recognized, you do so in a terrible way. A way BUNGIE probably won't forget. And besides most person v company cases usually end with the company towering in legal terms and conditions. Unless you have found that no where in Destiny's thousands of clauses it sates about repeated errors, I would not take such a risky move. Costly too. But that is just my opinion.
