Thats how aim-assist works.
And it would be pretty hard to "fix" that problem. And even then the fix would create a new problem of the assist staying on an enemy in the background rather than following the guy straifing in front of you.
The game just snaps to the enemy that is closer to your sight and closer to you. Which, it probably thinks, "This guy is closer to you, he is a bigger threat."
Its such a minor problem though, honestly, I dont pay it much mind.

Oh. I'm not pretending like I understand how to fix the problem. Perhaps the logic is "the best." However, the intensity is what I have the biggest problem with. At least allow the player to "overrule" the attempt to re-target. As it stands, it's hard to correct it once it occurs. In something competitive like Iron Banner, you're dead if you make slight mistakes. I notice it ALL the time :-(

Maybe try turning it off? Can you do that on this game? Try going without it. In this game I dont notice it much, but in CoD I both hated and loved that thing.

Its not the "auto-lock centering" option in the settings? Maybe?

Huh, I'll have to take a look at that when I get off of work today. Thanks
