Due to the high volume of Bungie Store traffic on July 7th, 2016, customers should expect a delay in the shipping and handling of orders placed on or after that date.

Inquiries sent to Bungie Store Customer Service should anticipate a reply within 48-72 hours, depending on the nature of the subject. Emails will be responded to, but please expect a delay.

Q: Where is my Order?

A: Due to the high volume of orders that have been placed since July 7th, 2016, your order will be delayed. If you ordered a Moments of Triumph T-Shirt or ThreeA figure, please refer to the lead times on the product pages. 

PLEASE NOTE: All items on your order will ship together.

Q: I chose USPS Priority Mail shipping and it said I would receive my package in 1 day. Why have I not received my order? 

A: USPS recently changed the name of Priority Mail to Priority Mail 1, 2 or 3 Day. Their time estimate does not include fulfillment time or transit time from the warehouse to the USPS sorting center. Please allow 1-2 business days of flexibility for the USPS estimate.

Q: I made a mistake on my Moments of Triumph T-Shirt order. Can I make a change?

A: All sales are final on customized shirts. Bungie Store Customer Service will attempt to get your correction to the printer in time, but cannot guarantee that the information you provided can be changed.

 Q: I have entered the wrong address for my Bungie Store order. How can I fix this?

A: Please contact Bungie Store Customer Service with your order number and correct address, but they cannot guarantee that shipping addresses can be changed before the order goes out.

Q: When should I expect to receive the Bungie Day 7-7 Ad Infinitum Emblem Code offer?

A: As of July 15th, 2016, all 7-7 Ad Infinitum Emblem Codes should have been distributed. If you still have not received an email with your emblem code. Please contact Bungie Store Customer Service
