ISSUE: Chaos Reach's lightning strikes on targets for sustained damage does not appear to be applying jolt as it should. REPRO STEPS: Use Chaos Reach on an enemy and keep the beam on the target, additional damage from jolt and champion stunning effects are not taking place. ACTUAL RESULT: See attached video. I am in a Master Lost Sector and use Chaos Reach on an Overload Champion. Despite it being struck by the lightning strikes several times it does not become stunned. EXPECTED RESULT: Normally the Overload Champion would be stunned from the Jolt effect, stopping its regen and applying ticks of jolt damage as well as doing damage to enemies nearby.
