You are being trolled, Internet. Don't let it happen.
Bungie employees are easy to spot in the wild.

Really now? Why is that? What's so pathetic?
-
The trust the community had in Bungie during the Halo games was impressive. Bungie was a good company. Now that they've partnered with Activison though, it's just been scams, scandals, and a messed up community.
-
Companies don't change that much in an instant. This was building for a while. Probably even when they were making their last halo games.
-
Of course, I know this wasn't instantaneous and sudden, but I feel like Activision coming into things and destroying Destiny really was the last straw. With so many of the people behind Halo leaving Bungie for some reason or another, it truly changed the company for good.

Haha. Nice

I lol'd.
-
By you Deej? I'd believe that.
-
Your -blam!-ing high if you think we believe you

Ya know what deej even if this isn't true it saddens me because it sounds true. I've played bungie games since halo 1 and have always held you guys in the highest regard. Every time you put another halo out I was rushing to the store to preorder. So when I heard Destiny was coming out I not only preordered Destiny but I got an xbox one as well (I won't even go into the stupid PlayStation exclusives) I told all my friends that this game was going to be awesome for the sole reason that bungie was making it. The first time I sat down to play it I was overflowing with excitement. I played for hours after work. But I started to realize that something didn't feel right. The story just wasn't there, and that's very unusual for a bungie game. I played all the way until the house of wolves I beat everything except for skolas. And I just quit. I realized what I needed to do. I just need to vote with my wallet. Even if what this 404architect is saying isn't true, I believe some of it. I realize bungie is a business but most of your fans have an emotional connection. At least the hardcore fans. And those fans wanted the awesome story that most definitely got cut. Unless you guys come out with a statement I'm done (I understand this post is old but it is still a glaring issue). The taken king looks cool but so does elder scrolls and arkham knight. I wish bungie would have never gotten in bed with activision. As a 27 year old gamer I love playing video games. My wife loves that I get so much enjoyment out of it. But I feel alienated when it comes to Destiny. And I hate that. If you don't reply to this I at least hope you see it. Or other bungie employees see it. I know I'm not the only loyal long time bungie fan that is disappointed. I'm not giving up on you bungie but I will be taking a break. Someone needs to take the wheel and right the ship.

I believe it. I have a big trust issue Bungie, so whether or not it is a troll, it has given more information than any other source. And if this is such a troll, how would have 404arc known about the dlc release of the reef missions, or the cut factions, which I assume is Varkis, and Osiris which cost 20$. Also someone even mined the disc, not only for Xur's set loot table, but that there was two separate dlcs on disc. This was again proven with people glitching thier way into locked out areas. Deej, you need to give us proof as to why this is a troll. You and bungie are already on a bad note with the community so forgive us if we dont believe you. It is not an attack on you, it is just us opening our eyes to how we have been treated for the past year and are being treated now with the TTK dlc.
-
I'm in the same boat as you right now, however, people who have been hands on with TTK say that it fixes many narrative-related problems with destiny, as well as new cinematic storytelling. I also believe with a new story, TTK could attract lapsed players, and with the current loot system, it would be a hit.

Dont let them rope you in. The ole bait and switch is a deadly gun when loaded, and it kills the spirits everyday
-
You are the biggest troll deej...so -blam!- you!
-
^ This man.

Jet fuel cannot melt steel. It's obvious this was all an elaborate conspiracy based purely on how perfectly the player population has collapsed on itself in a pancake fashion. 9/9/14, We will never forget!

If we're being trolled, then why was there so much hype for an expansive and interactive story before the game dropped. It was advertised as a giant space epic. What we got is a shooter with good mechanics and a story that barely gives a reason to shoot at the enemy. What I'm getting at here is bungie and activision are the real trolls. If the game was always meant to be this way, why advertise it as the opposite. Why lie about everything? False advertising.

Great cover-up deej hahaha

Bush did 9/11

It's old as hell, and he mentions trials, reef missions and more. Funny that.

knowing this post is nearly a year old its funny how Trials is involved in the thread I just wished we had the original vision of this game finished or not it would be amazing even more than it is now!
