It's great to see people still falling for this. Makes me laugh every time this gets necrobumped.

i dunno it seems fairly convincing take this for example realeased 9 months ago and called bungie out on this stuff.

Check the Misriah Solutions website. It has the same speculation since 2012. Fans have been speculating since the Destiny contract was first leaked. This is just another fan theory posted by an anonymous poster on a website.
-
reguardless you have to admit not everything bungie is right from glitched spots some of which ended up in later dlc or e3 2013 and how they should a larger very different game from what was advertised.
-
What exactly is so different from e3 2013? That we don't drop from our ships?
-
old russia was much larger saturn, old chicago etc. crow(Potentially vastly different story) the weapon leveling system appearance. not all of that can be found in just e3 2013 but all of it should be able to be found pre release.
-
The only evidence of Old Russia being larger is a comment a developer made, there's no actual evidence of it. Old Chicago was a very well known piece of concept art, pick any game you want and you'll find a lot of concept ideas not implemented in the final version. We don't know why the scene with crow was cut, all we can do is speculate about, it doesn't mean the story was going to be different, it just means a cut scene was cut before the game came out. It's fun to believe there's a conspiracy going on, but it's not. Its just fan speculation fueled by pre-release hype.

Edited by Eric firefist: 8/17/2015 5:25:38 AMjust look at what's below the video. Anyway conspiracy or not you have to admit destiny was a different(in the good way) than when it was actually released.
