@Bungie... Please... RAIN tokens/trophies... everywhere, everything.
I'm fine with rare shinys, but I'm burning out on this new gamemode... I had to take a break this week, or I'll never play it again.
We need a massive token buff.
10 per daily
5 per repeatable
10 per activity completion outside of onslaught
And this is the big one:
2 per Brave weapon dismantle
5 per Shiny Brave weapon dismantle
1 extra weapon pull every 5 binned weapons is fair
1 per 2 bad Shines seems fair too
More tokens in Onslaught.

I wish you could just keep leveling Shaxx for engrams in the Hall of Champions. That fact that you cap at 17 and can't go any further is stupid. You can continuously level Flynt and Nimbus for engrams and they have the same unlock system as Shaxx.

1 返信I have 0 problems with activities that take effort and time. IF THEY REWARD YOU PROPERLY. Is there actually a single activity in destiny that respects player time? Players are gonna be seriously burned out before TFS with how stingy everything is. But maybe that's what Bungo is hoping for, burn out all the players so they cant get bad reviews for TFS.

1 返信At this time, I actually doubt the rolls I look for even exist. I’ve done so many waves. spent so many coins, just to get nothing I wanted. Ironically I got a lot of shiny from various sources, but the perks are so bad so instant delete. Like one of the pulses there’s not even one decent perk out of the 8+MW (reload). I complained about prophecy dropping too many armors but this onslaught farming is far far worse.

Really frustrating how quiet Bungie has been about the poor rewards for ITTL. The weps are great, but the Shinny drop rate has dried up. I’m willing to bet they throttle certain perk combos so they hardly drop -unless you are a streamer. The trophy’s are way too scarce. Legend Onslaught is too much hassle for the rewards. I don’t know how much more I’ll put into this unless it gets better.

I spent 390 tokens tuesday, got 1 shiny that was worthless and the rest were also dismantled as none of them had usable rolls for any activity. Decided that both onslaught and brave weapons themselves just arent worth it; the weapons are mediocre at best and menagerie was 100000x better than onslaught. I wouldnt even consider onslaught a horde mode; its just PvE king of the hill basically. -
3 通の返信In the first week and the second everyone on these forums were downvoting these posts, saying shinies should be extremely rare and that I and others shouldn’t complain about RNG These people, laughing at others not getting a BRAVE version to drop for days, have suddenly all dissapeared. Its designed in such a stupid way. Some get 6 of them within an hour, others get nothing for days on end. Its a sad FOMO grind and we’ll all feel stupid when TFS launches. Because the weapons from that expansion will crap all over the BRAVE arsenal.

4 通の返信We started at 2 tokens and a blue, and today, we're at 2 tokens and a purple, and maybe an upgrade material. The token drop rate MIGHT but not really be acceptable if you continue to earn rank up packages from Shaxx, but you don't, so it's not even close to being enough. "Well, I just did 20 waves. Let me head to Shaxx and turn my tokens in for a weapon. Wait, what do you mean "requires brave tokens"? I just did 20 waves, how many do I have? 4?! I only got 4 tokens from a 20 wave run?"

Yeah I'm over onslought, it's way less repeatable than coil or menagerie Maybe they should shorten it to 30 rounds and axe the filler spark dunk every 5 rounds And I still have 8 shinies to grind out, I doubt I will have any enthusiasm left to grind out the armor after the weapon grind is over -
1 返信it definitely needs more dopamine they made the rewards pretty anemic compared to the /timeplayed really stretching out a boring horde mode way too far for lack of any other content it's ok for players to actually finish and enjoy a game mode instead of loathing it from burnout chasing carrots while hating the experience

Those are good ideas and it's a good thing that onslaught and the weapon distribution has been evolving over time. Whatever they do it probably shouldn't become overly advantageous to not play Onslaught. So that might need to be buffed in some way too. Randomness has a burnout feature attached to it where if you play the game a lot you can start to feel like it's unfair almost no matter what. Also, when there's zero actual competitiveness the game is relying on compulsion while also judging people for being compulsive. Hidden shifting alternative competitivenesses don't count. And the proof of that is the resentfulness that a lot of people start to feel with almost every aspect of the casino, even when they started out liking something.

6 通の返信The tokens are meant for the armour… the extra chest is just a way of spending excess tokens once you have the full armour set.

3 通の返信What I’ve been doing personally is just not spending my tokens till I open all the chests. I saw how expensive some of the chests were at the start. Right now I care more about the armour sets than extra rolls of the weapons.

1 返信I would rather get loads of tokens than loads of weapons flooding my postmaster. Onslaught floods the postmaster so much that I dont even want to run 50 waves. Its less the Brave weapons, and more the random engrams that drop from killing ~1000 enemies each 50 run.
