Started another character in the last few weeks and decided to play it more. Wanted to start the season of the witch to spend my witches engrams for this new character and no luck. I found the quest icon for Way of the Witch from the Helm screen and completed it successfully. Going back to the Helm there's no way to open the portal. I don't see a quest for "The Bladed Path" anywhere and can't find it on the Archive terminal. Folks are talking about a process of opening the portal that doesn't seem to exist on the Helm anymore?
