When Lightfall dropped and with it came the new subclass fragments for void, solar and arc. For some reason for seemingly hundreds of people the fragment "echo of reprisal" for void the one that gives you super energy for defeating combatants whilst surrounded became locked with just the text "Complete the quest Learning Light". There is a forum on reddit with alot of upvotes and people describing the same problem. I have definitely done Learning Light as I made my character and started playing after Beyond Light and seemingly the only way i can aquire the subclass fragment is if i delete my character and start again It's fine on my other characters too, just my main. Would the bungie team be able to reissue the quest on all accounts since i am unable to redo the Learning Light quest and it's not in the quest archive. Alot of people are suffering from this bug too but seemingly has just gone unnoticed since echo of reprisal isn't too popular but still it is a problem it is just permalocked for a lot of people.
