This is a gametype I made for the Halo 3 Academy

Basically damage resistance is set at 2000%, giving you 945 HP. Weapon damage modifier is set to 25%. With this set up it takes 42 Sniper Rifle shots to the body to kill someone. But only one to the head. So headshots become critical if you want to get a kill.

All grenades and other weapons are removed from the map. No starting grenades. Starting weapon is Sniper Rifle with infinite ammo. No secondary weapon.

To truly get good practice out of this game play on a small map and use the honor rule of not using the scope. This also works well with Magnums or BRs as starting weapons.

The boys at ONI and those squid heads have a lot in common. Can't understand a thing they say and they're just as good lookin.Guess they're all going to have a long talk about technical whatsits and scientific doodads when we get home.

I think a lot of people for the Halo 3 Academy DLed this one. It is amazing how much playing this for about an hour can help your aiming.

Yeah I find it really helpful as well. I hope that your aiming has improved after playing. I usually play at least three games of this, then switch back to regular slayer to see the results.
