I. PURPOSE

Mjolnir Battle Tactics is a group where people can come together to discuss strategies and tactics to improve there gaming experience on Live and xbox connect.

II. RULES

The Mjolnir Battle Tactics Site is offer to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein. Your use of the Mjolnir Battle Tactics constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions, and notices.

• Unless otherwise specified, Mjolnir Battle Tactics is for your personal and non-commercial use. You may not copy, distribute, transmit, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information or services obtained from the Mjolnir Battle Tactics.

• Defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten or otherwise violate the legal rights (such as rights of privacy and publicity) of others.

• Upload, distribute or disseminate any inappropriate, profane, defamatory, infringing, obscene, indecent or unlawful topic, name, material or information.

• Upload files that contain viruses, corrupted files, or any other similar software or programs that may damage the operation of another's computer.

• Falsify or delete any author attributions, legal or other proper notices or proprietary designations or labels of the origin or source of software or other material contained in a file that is uploaded.

• Harvest or otherwise collect information about others, including e-mail addresses, without their consent.

• Mjolnir Battle Tactics reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access Mjolnir Battle Tactics and the related services or any portion thereof at any time, without notice.

• If termination occurs you have the right to contact a staff admiral to appeal your sentence according to the due process of the the Mjolnir Battle Tactics compact.

• Blacklisting falls under the due process and can be appealed up to three times but only to the group founder Guardian Hunter

• Due process of the Mjolnir Compact state that all banded parties have the right to appeal to the council of staff admirals 3 times. If the sentence is not overturned then the banded party loses there right to contact or join the Mjolnir Battle Tactics and any further pleas for a rectification of the sentence shall go unanswered.

• Council Members &/or Staff Admirals have the right to blacklist any member but they do not have the right once a Commander and Chief has overturned the blacklist to re-blacklist the person.

• Council Members can be impeached by a majority vote from the members. This will be fully discussed in section VI.

IV. PROMOTIONS

To be promoted all you have to do is be active and you will get notice then you will reseave a promotion. Or you could participate in a contest to reserave the prize # or promotions which is usually 3. Or under special circumstances the Commander and Chief can give you multiple promotions to boost you up to a position that needs to be fillled. For a full list of ways to be promoted go here.

V. COUNCIL MEMBER ELECTIONS

• To run you need approval from one of the council members or the commander and chief.

• The voting process that you leave a comment on who you voted for an your comment on why you voted for that person. There will no longer be a poll for the election as it has become to susceptible to people who seek to use multiple voting to tip the election.

• Also campaign advertising will only be conducted on the flood thread and our official campaign thread. If any threads are create to support a certain candidate then it will either be locked or deleted.

• Also we do encourage debates over candidates because this is a essential part of a democracy but if it turns into flame wars between members what ever staff or council member see's it first has permission to unleash the ninjas but I will undo it after 1 day.

• No candidate will be allowed to run more than 3 times

• Mass PMing of non-members for the purposes of joining the group and voting then leaving is prohibited.

• The group membership will be switched to "requires approval" for the duration of the council election.

• Voting procedure dictates; if you wish to change your vote you must clearly state the person you wish to change your vote to and the person who your vote was for previously. Also this change must be a edit to your original voting post not a additional post.

VI. COUNCIL MEMBER IMPEACHMENT

• To initiate a impeachment a thread has to be started with the notification (but not necessarily approval) of a Commander and Chief. This thread's title must be specifically "[insert council's name]'s Impeachment Vote". Also this thread can not be a poll but must instead be a text vote.

• To vote all you say is a simple "yes" or "no" any other replies will be deleted.

• The only person that can reply to this thread with comments is the in question Council Member. However members cannot respond the the Council Member in that thread.

• The thread poll runs for 1 week and if after 1 week has elapsed the majority vote "yes" then the Council Member is automatically demoted to the rank of Founder Admiral.

• If the started of the impeachment thread feels strongly enought about this and has clear evidence to back it up in the beginning post of the thread they can state that they would like the Council Member to be demoted to a lower rank. For a reference of ranks see section III.

• In the unlikely event of a tie the Council Member is not demoted and not action is taken against them unless deemed fit by a Commander and Chief.

VII. FILE POSTING

We will allow all members to post there threads on the regular forums of MBT providing they meet the following requirements:

A. Maps
• A complete write up of the map including, description, screenshots, weapons, compatible gametypes, and a link to download the map. Optionally you can include video links, testimonials, and other maps you have created.

• MBT prohibits any maps that are posted on our forum to have a sponsored by tag or affiliation with a extra-MBT organization in the thread in our forum. It is however up to you if you wish to do this on your file forum post which you link to.

• A requirement to posting maps a map thread contains in its title ⊗ this special ASCII character to distinguish it from a regular thread. If you do not post this character then your map thread will be locked. No other special characters map be included in the title.
Ex. ⊗ Entropy - The new Avalanche Cavern Map.

B. Screenshots
• A screenshot needs a valid at least 3 sentence description and a link to the screenshot. A direct download link is prohibited, it must be a link to either the thread or to the screenshot viewer.

• A requirement to posting a screenshot thread contains in its title ⊗ this special ASCII character to distinguish it from a regular thread. If you do not post this character then your screenshot thread will be locked. No other special characters map be included in the title.

C. Game Variants
• A game variant needs a valid at least 3 sentence description and a link to the download thread. Also a link to the associated map if it is a map specific gametype.

• A requirement to posting a game variant thread contains in its title ⊗ this special ASCII character to distinguish it from a regular thread. If you do not post this character then your game varient thread will be locked. No other special characters map be included in the title.

D. Film Clips
• A film clip needs a valid at least 3 sentence description and a link to the download thread.

• A requirement to posting a film clip thread contains in its title ⊗ this special ASCII character to distinguish it from a regular thread. If you do not post this character then your film clip thread will be locked. No other special characters map be included in the title.
