New 34 gear
With the new announcement, we all saw the new, upgraded VoG gear will get you to 34. First of all, I'm going to be running it 3x a week until HoW. But I thought I'd do a little math. (Don't tell my teacher, I never do it)
So with the existing gear, these are the number of combos you can have with only raid gear.
4 VOG, 4 IB, and 4 CE. 4 x 4 x 4 = 64 different ways to be 34 if they add no new 34 gear.
Now if there was arena and ToO gear as well, it would be:
4 VOG, 4 IB, 4 CE, 4 ToO, and 4 Arena. So:
4 x 4 x 4 x 4 x 4 = 1,024 new combos for gear. That's NOT including exotics. Which should add around another 1000 combos.

5 RepliesThere are going to be Queen's armor (hinted from my Bungie friend! So not confirmed!) and most definitely Trials of Osiris so that is, 4⁴= 1,024 and possibly 4⁴×4=4,096 armor combinations
