Group Requirements.
To join the Confederate Users of the Flood there are a few requirements.
1. Sign the Secession Ordinance. [url=http://www.bungie.net/7_Rebel-New-recruits-welcome/en-us/Forum/Post?id=61200541#referred-Offtopic]Here.[/url] Just comment saying *signed* or anything of that manner.
2. Have a general disapproval of the current state the Flood has fallen into.
