XBOX 360 OFFICIAL FIRETEAMS: CRIMSON COMPANY!

Ladies and Gentleman! Travelers and Guardians! Assassins, Snipers, Brawlers, Healers, Warlocks, Titans and Hunters, all alike! Please gather as I begin to announce the [b]OFFICIAL[/b] Fireteams for Crimson Company! For those of you that are new or may not know, I am one of the Company Leaders for the Xbox 360 Branch. I apologize for not being as active lately but I plan on changing that as of right now! My company will be named, "Crimson Company", as it is where my Bungie name and [hopefully] what my Destiny name will be. Now onto the Fireteams! I am looking to fill [b]ALL TWENTY[/b] Fireteam slots before the Beta launches. This means those of you whom of which will be playing Destiny on the 360 when it comes out and are reading this, will have the privilege of forming your own Fireteam. To do this: [spoiler]~All 3 members of a Fireteam MUST be registered with Bungie.net, have joined the 117th Regiment Group and the 13th Battalion group. ~Reply to this thread on the 13th Battalion group (I will repost this there and that is where it will take place) with your Bungie.net name and the other two Bungie.net names of the members in your Fireteam. ~Once you have posted and the other two members of your Fireteam have replied under your post, I will message all three members in said Fireteam stating that your Fireteam is now "In-Process". This means it is up to all 3 of you to collaborate with each other to pick a day or two when all 3 will be on so that I can play a few games with you on Xbox 360. I want to see how well your Fireteam can cooperate and communicate with each other. It won't anything strenuous. Just a couple causal games of matchmaking (Halo, Battlefield, Gears, etc.). ~After we have spent a few games getting to know each other, your Fireteam will be switched to "Pending." Each member will then be sent a questionnaire over Bungie message regarding a few questions on your Fireteam, how everything went and what you liked/disliked about me. Please be honest. If you did not like something, please inform me as maybe I can work on something to not only benefit the company but help make your overall experience within my company, a better one. ~Your Fireteam will have to complete the questionnaire and reply back to me with your answers. The questionnaire can be filled out together or individually. It does not matter to me as long as I receive 3 of them back. I will then try to set up a time we can all meet up in a party chat [don't worry, it should be quick] to discuss who will be your Fireteam Leader and what the name of your Fireteam will be. Your Fireteam will be completed and officially apart of Crimson Company, as well as, be posted in the 13th Battalion with a list of other Fireteams. [/spoiler] Take note, all ranks and positions outside Fireteams will come from someone in one of these Fireteams. The way I run things is based on a "promote from within" method. If you want to become something above and beyond a Fireteam member/leader then you must show not only myself but your fellow Regiment members that you have the means to do so. This includes the people above you and the people below/equal to you. I want everyone in Crimson Company to say they started as a private and worked their way up to their rank/position. No one will be given a free ride straight to the top. Unless instructed otherwise, those spots will remain open until that dedication is shown. When there is enough Fireteams registered I will try to get some game nights going. That way everyone in the company can get to know each other and we can have some fun before we have to get all serious when the Beta comes out.
