Can't guarantee stat bonuses on weapons from Van/Cruc?

I've been saving/splitting my rep and marks for these two vendors as opposed to picking one of the other three. I hope this isn't as negative as it sounds.

1 ReplyIt means that any gear bonuses for Intellect, Strength, and Discipline are randomly attributed to the gear with each "stock refresh", whereas anything from the optional factions has set attributes in those stats. The thread you linked explains how each of the factions prefer to spread their stat bonuses across the three.
