Don't you hate it when...
Was playing the game last night and got myself killed in a fairly spectacular way, but that also got me thinking, there are probably a lot of little things that people have happen they don't enjoy. What are some of the things you have experienced in game that were strange, fun, or just annoying? What stories do you have?
For me, I was in a patrol just killing enemies when the sky darkens and a public event starts. It is the one where the satellite falls out of the sky and you have to kill all the hive that come after it. The problem here was that the satellite landed directly on me. Turns out Guardians don't live well with a satellite on their head.

1 ReplyEdited by calitosmor: 9/30/2014 10:13:46 AMI hate it when you come on top in PvPs and you get nothing, while the guy in the bottom of the lobby with 4 kills and 21 deaths gets a legendary item. It really leaves me 'pokerfaced' and I'm sure it leaves many other players pokerfaced as well.

2 RepliesHahaha my favorite movement.. sit down kids, grab some hot coco, maybe make a bag of popcorn, it's up to you.. The story begins at the skywatch, where people would stand and fire away into the cave. I had two friends with me, and three more randoms were also at the fishing hole, a pretty sizable group for one server. Well we all get the notification that a public event is about to happen, the one with the satellite. I didn't think too much of it, but I said to my bud, "how funny would it be if the satellite landed on us?" Well.. there was a blinding light, and my controller shook like crazy, when down came the satellite. Right on top of everyone. 6 guardians laid to waste by a freakin satellite. I've never since been so happy to be killed.

One time decided to to melee everything to death and I went to foh a wizard only to miss and land in front of a Hallowed sword knight, he didn't die, instead he went all swirly red thingy and he hit me once dead.

1 Replyannoying are these lazy -blam!-ers on strike missions they just let them carry without doing much or being afk. Once i did Phogot I was alone on the boss room and have to deal with all add by myself!! We (or better i) win the fight and in the list at the end 1 guy got 25 kills, the other 33 kills and me 123 kills. Or one time in that strike where you have to kill the arch priest on Venus where you can ride the mosquitos someone was to stupid to use that bike and died. I stop beside him and revive him and he just grab my bike and drive away. very rude..I just leave after this. To much assholes on strikes today...

Hahahaha, that happened to me last night while scouting for relic iron. Sky turned dark, I hopped on my moped, I mean sparrow and baam.......MEDIC!! My other fail, which I didn't expect, was deciding to switch to sunslinger for the first time. I entering into a strike, stood in an entrance, launched a grenade and caught the edge of the entrance, thus immediately point blanking myself.......MEDIC!

LMAO, this nearly happened to me but I blinked out of the way at the last second and was catapulted at least 200m away with a few pixels shy of 0 health.

I used my fist of havoc with death from above and launched myself at a enemy titan. Well he popped his shield at the perfect moment and I bounced off the shield and flew out of the map doing the superman.

When the game bugs as my friend and I are trying to melee the same mob from opposite sides, and one of our melees kills the other person instead. Happened twice :D

Getting killed by misfortune, and i don't mean flying off a cliff or blowing yourself up with a rocket, i'm talking about the equivalent to getting killed by the guardians in Halo. When the game doesn't know what to do with you so it just kills you.

My best moment was when I was playing a crucible match on venus and did my Fists of Havoc Titan super and launched myself off the map killing nobody. The feels...
