Spring is right around the corner
What are your plans for your car this year?
I was thinking about getting a new set of wheels, but I need tires now so that will be put on the back burner. Buying some Continental ExtremeContact DW's this week, and fully intend on tracking my car in the coming months. I figure I'll come up with a list of things I want to improve after I hit the strips/road courses this spring/summer.
Not sure if I wanna go 3.91's, keep it stock, or eventually go with a mild cam with the stock 3.42's for traction purposes.

I think for my celica I'm just going to go ahead and get coilovers for my celica. I found a good deal on some k sports for 850 shipped. I was thinking earlier that it doesn't make sense to put a nice engine in there with crappy suspension.

Since radioshack is going under, I figured I'd go see what kind of deals they had on radar/laser detectors Got $160 cobra radar/laser detector for $60, not bad

5 RepliesI'll likely be getting a CAI for the Focus. It doesn't really need it, but I just feel like doing something to squeeze a little more 'GO' out of it if I can. Until I get back to another Mustang I won't have too much more in toying around in my immediate future.

Well I've got my Subie now so I'll be doing things to that. It'll probably be all interior mods as I want to get better seats, new carpet, and change the door panels and lower dash to black. I'll probably also do light suspension mods and swap the rear brakes over to discs. The celica will be going under the knife and getting a new engine, that'll be a challenge. 914 will probably be getting new brakes and that's it.
