theory about traveler
The traveler is evil and is using us for its own good to take the planets. Or the original speaker died while building the traveler but managed to build a robot of himself or made himself a cyborg to put us under his control for us to take the planets and the bottom of the traveler is broken because that's where the shock wave came out of.
