Voting has begun!... But what comes next?
Sorry if this is silly or downright stupid, but I found myself wondering; now that the voting for our clan name and emblem has begun, what will we do next? Maybe something like electing leaders and whatnot, similar to how Boldly To The Stars had theirs set up. I already assume that our admin Badog and to a lesser extent FLAKmunkee are the de facto leaders here at the time being. This is probably a result of my own experience with MMORPG guilds from the past, and (more than likely) having too much time to think while waiting for 9/9 to get here.
Again, sorry if I am overstepping any bounds or anything. I am only trying to find ways to help our clan in any way, shape, or form I can. :)

3 RepliesVote Macattacka for leader 2014, no but all kidding aside we probably will have raid group leaders and that will most likely be decided on commitment and experience. However this is speculation at this point but im sure once we decide on a name there will still be PLENTY to do.

On that note the big dog needs a mention for the hard work he has done, many thanks bud ;-). Anyone who has been helping in the shadows also thanks ;-) I would like to point out that a raid leaders job in my opinion is to ensure all raid team members are prepared, know the plan of action and to control the communication during the raid (When he/she talks, you must pay attention). They are the captain (not boss) that leads his guardians into battle, knowing the strengths and weakness of his fellow guardians.

7 RepliesDefinitely need a raid leader. And it's gotta be someone that isn't afraid to tell it like it is. (This is assuming the hard mode raids are as difficult as heroics in WoW. There is a lot of timing and strategy involved and everyone has to be on the exact same page for that hard mode achievement.
