The worst thing that could happen in destiny is nerfing weapons. If you had a cool weapon that does well in pvp, Bungie can nerf that weapon you are holding. It would suck if every weapon will be nerfed. Will you hate weapons getting underpowered?

Nerfing weapons usually only happens when the gun is unfair strong and ruins the balance between weapon types you should be able to use any weapon type and be able to compete an example of a gun that needs to be nerfed is the fusion rifle .durring the alpha the only gun used in pvp was fusion rifles and if you didnt use one you didnt win because it could kill you in one shot before you even lost half your hp from the other weapon types making it overpowered. The only way to beat it was super abilitys It is also my experiance that the people who complain about nerfing weapons are those who like having and advantage so op that they rely on the gun thats broken strong rather than learn to manage the mechanics of the game and play stratigic and smart. its the run in a line and fire mentality that wants op guns the point of nerfing guns is to maintain balance and force players to use more than one aspect of the game to achieve victory it supports diversity and teamwork to win fights not one player with a gun that makes winning garunteed

  • I'd say that it would have to matter how powerful the gun was to begin with right? I tend to always lose out having a dsl connection anyways if it comes down to it.
