Did you create a character when you got the game, and then delete it because you didn't like its look (or any other reason)?

  • I did... I created one, and then never even finished/started the first quest/mission, and then deleted it because I didn't like how it looked.

  • Do you think that is what made it so I couldn't find the sparrow message in The Postmaster NPC or the Special Orders NPC?

  • More than likely, yes. [url]https://www.bungie.net/7_I-deleted-a-character-that-had-items-sitting-in-th/en/Help/Article/12427[/url] Any special order items will be queued at the postmaster. The Tumbler Sparrow, must be redeemed on the initial account you sign in with to have it permanently moved over to Tess, Special Orders Pickup. By deleting your character that you initially signed in on, you most likely didn't recover the Sparrow before doing so, which is why you cannot access it now. Check the link for specifics.

  • I read the help page...... Do you think that there is any way that Bungie could reset the EV-30 TUMBLER Sparrow variable attached to my account, so that the next time I log in to Destiny, I could retrieve it from the Postmaster?

  • There isn't a way to reset it unfortunately. It's attached to whatever character you login first with after you purchase the DLC, even if you haven't arrived to the tower yet. If you delete the character without claiming it, there is no way to get it back.

  • Is there a way that I could claim it on another Xbox Live Profile, and then somehow transfer it to my main XBL Profile? Or maybe they could reset all of my Destiny Save Data so that I could create a new character and then get the sparrow, (although this would be painstakingly annoying if I had to lose all of my character data). And if not; thanks for all the help you've given me so far.
