You'll get a team for sure, since it's randomized. The teams are going to be set up next Firday for Bronze. If you're below a highest skill of 40 in Halo 3, I'd be careful about signing up for the Hardcore league; most of the teams will be composed of all 50s, which may or may not be fun for you.
