No one is trying to purchase content from Destiny bro. It's just logging in, and multiplayer. Core XBL and multiplayer are up. Saying it's Microsoft is an assumption. Obviously XBL is up. Destiny is saying it's down. At most it's both their faults.

Go to Settings then Disc & Blu-ray. Go into Persistent Storage and select Clear. Then go back to settings again, Select Network > Advance Settings > Alternate Mac Address > select Clear. Then restart the console.

SOLUTION 1. Turn off your console. 2. Wait 30 Seconds. 3. Unplug the power from the back of console. 4. Wait 30 Seconds. 5. Replug, turn on. 6. Profit??? A simple hard boot will not work.
