My Vex Mythocast was shooting differently. Halp!
Can you change the shooting type of the Vex Mythocast?
I know in the Timeless Mythoclast perk says no charge time and fires single shots but I was in vault of glass and when we respawned my Vex shot like an actual fusion rifle the first shot charged and then it shot in automatic 4 round bursts.

This does happen not sure why. Just swap weapons. Exit character screen. Then proceed to re-equip the vex. This should fix it. Has happened to me number of times.

Did it for me once in crucible too and pissed me off. It did fix after I swapped out though.

Did this in multiplayer once for me, not sure why Was charging instead of firing full auto

3 RepliesI saw another post a few weeks ago showing a video of a new Mythoclast (just dropped, being used in the Vault after the fight) firing like a standard fusion rifle. The poster said it fixed itself later an it was just a glitch.

No this happened to me too. But it hasn't happened in a while. It's just a glitch. Just switch the gun

You were high and got "Vex Mythoclast" confused with "Pocket Infinity".
