Bungie is Changing Loot System in House of Wolves
Take a look at this post from Luke Smith, who seems about as close to development as we're going to get. It's so open and straightforward. I don't understand why Deej can't provide information like this.

5 RepliesEdited by longevity: 1/26/2015 3:38:32 AMDeej is a flat out PR guy who presents mostly useless feelgood info on a regular basis so the company can say it communicates with the playerbase Deej also loves using any stat EXCEPT # of players, sales, etc. Mostly anything that can be misconstrued as Destiny not have a mass exodus of 90%+ of the people who bought it Deej is the pulse rifle of communication with the players, pretty much worthless
