So what about balloon boy we all know that he is the most second hated character he's hated by the fans that he's named f*** boy and the first hated character is toy freddy because when ever he gets closer to and his eyes are black and gives you that creepy smile look it's impossible to hide from him under the mask because now he got a closer look on you

No real theories on him specifically. Don't think he transfers over either. Perhaps his eyes are used in the redesigned Chica bot. I'll have to look.
