  • So here's my question, the attack at 339 vs 331. According to what I understand about weapon damage that is entirely meaningless. As I understand it the Attack stat doesn't do anything but dictate what level enemies you can do full damage to. A gun at 267 will do less damage to a lvl 30 enemy than a gun with 300 Now, I believe there is a little bit of overlevel power allowed, meaning a gun at 331 would do a little more than a 300 to the same lvl 30 enemy. But isn't that all based on just the first two numbers? Against a lvl 33/34 enemy it sounds like 339 wouldn't actually do more damage than a 331 Or would that make it have maximum effectiveness against 33s but not bump it up to full damage against 34s? Is that 8 damage just a psychological thing? Like selling something for 3.99 vs 4.00?
