If you're tired of people killing everything in strikes try this!
If you're like me and you rush past everything, but there's that 1 guy lagging behind killing stuff then help a guardian out. Get to the checkpoint and then kill yourself. More than likely you'll be the only guardian at that checkpoint when you are playing with these slow unhelpful people so it will just wipe the group and respawn everyone at the checkpoint you just died at. Easy way to tell if you're the only one at a check point is to just look at your radar. If you don't see any green on it then you're the only one in that checkpoint. So if you wanna be the boss and set the pace of the strike then give this a try!!!! Works well for me

6 RepliesIf you can't beat the boss on your own either run with a group that wants to speedrun or calm the fvck down and be a team player. Nobody's going to like you when you wreck every Stand Tall attempt they make because they want to actually play the game and you're too weak to solo despite insisting it has to be done quickly.

Each to their own but I prefer to shoot as many opponents as possible as it gets bonuses done or assists on bounties etc. If others want to charge on ahead then that's fine by me.

On some strikes that have more linear designs I skip ahead one section and kill everything alone by the time the others in my fire team have finished the first step. Then I wait for the boss spawn alone and start as my confused team members make their way through the enemy less void of a level I have left them to get to the boss.

7 RepliesI report -blam!-s like you. Do it right and kill the enemies. Nobody likes the immature tryhards skipping 90% of the strike. Do that in my fiteteam and i will cause wipes until you ragequit.

Gjallerhorn is a better 3rd teammate anyway so if you're way back at the beginning chances are the boss is going to be dead before your done killing all the small fries and get a chance to catch up to us. The best part... On the remote slim chance there was any good drop while your wasting time... It'll be back at the post master for me :)
