Crota has chased our swordbearer many times across the bridge, way earlier than he should move. He would chase the swordbearer down, kill him, and then go back to the middle.

Lmao. That's never happened to me but my advice to avoid that would be to jump off the bridge to the side under boomers so he can't chase after him. Crota is alot more aggressive in hard than in normal.
