House of Wolves will increase the damage to 362, you will have to reset all your exotics, again.
How would you feel about that?
Personally I think that might be the final nail in Destiny's coffin, for me at least. Extending playtime be resetting progress isn't a good mechanic at all in my opinion.

I won't do it again. Having to fully re-level multiple exotics last time is a big part of what burned me out on destiny. If they want to allow you to upgrade exotics they need to be smart, let new exotics drop at the new damage and have the gunsmith sell "Weapon mastery bounties". Have the bounty be a combination of different things say X amount of head shots, X amount of kills in a night fall, X amount of _____ enemy kills and so forth. Take that bounty back to the gunsmith when done and he changes your exotic to the new max weapon damage. Make it so you still have to work to get the damage upgrade, but the work isn't re-leveling the gun and having to unlock what perks you like on the gun again. There are many things I'm sure they could do besides making you re level the gun fully. If they go that route again I wont care because #1 I won't do it and 32 once I beat the How Raid on hard I'm probably done with destiny for good unless bungie changes how they are treating it.
