You don't get an email with the code, the store where you preordered it gives you the code. If you go back and ask them nicely if they can print it out they usually can, takes about 5 clicks of the mouse for them to pull up preorder codes.

Yes actually they can, my brother works for eb games here in Canada he is the one who told me how easy it is to get preorder codes, he printed me one for halo 4 preorder bout 2 months ago Cus I wanted arctic battle rifle lol

No, go back to the actual game store where you preordered the game and ask the store directly, it's not bungie or activision, it's the actual store where you bought the game from. Forum posts won't do anything.
