It seems quite OP, so make it to where it requires level 30 (too high?) and both subclasses maxed. Then make it take FOREVER to max out.

Yeah I was thinking that for the master subclass max XP would be a million and you would have to use glimmer for each upgrade then to unlock each tier super you bring an exotic shard to the speaker and he transforms it into "exotic energy" or something like that and some upgrades require those energies along with 10,000 glimmer
