People don't seem to realize the star wars universe is not only one of if not the most powerful expanded universe but it could also wipe out pretty much any other universe just with shear numbers

Considering that Obi Wan thought 1 million clone troopers was a large number, I'd say they don't have a lot in terms of standing armies.
-
How bout we don't count embarrassments to each others franchises yeah?
-
That excludes almost every Star Wars movie, and a certain Christmas special.
-
Yes it does. The expanded universe is what I'm going off of. You know where the good guys don't have to win so troops actually have good aim. If we went off the movies the freaking my little pony universe could take it
-
Team Rocket could take on the movies. They're indestructible. EU gives Star Wars worthwhile soldiers and populations, at least. Unfortunately for Star Wars, Forerunner mining operations are comparable to some SW super weapons. So there's that. I'd imagine that the Forerunner arsenal would be beyond anything SW could defend against (slipspace isn't concerned with shields or the Force). They (SW) have the numbers to keep the Covenant and UNSC at bay, but their computers, weapons, and shielding are roughly comparable, and have vulnerabilities that would probably prevent them from using their assets effectively. Deployment in the other's galaxy would be extremely demanding on supplies, and general scouting would probably be easiest for Halo, considering that SW ships would be most likely carrying maps of the entire galaxy. A few decades of war with the Covenant ended such practices with the UNSC, at least. Hey, when did this wall get here?
-
Master chief would wreck both universes
-
Shear numbers? Tyranids alone could outnumber them.
-
A reason I know that the Star Wars universe wouldn't win: Storm troopers...awful aim breh
-
You do know they can easily shoot anyone right
-
-
The Tyranids alone would wipe the majority of the Star Wars universe out. Then the Necrons would wipe what little remained.
-
I'm gonna respectfully disagree. God I love nerd flame wars..
-
You can disagree all you want. The C'Tan by themselves would wipe Star Wars. Those other 2 just make it more of a fight and less of a massacre. Then there's Chaos and the Imperium. And the Eldar. And while all this shit is going down Khorne and Tzeentch are powering up like freaking crazy. (Which is really bad.)
It's not a flame war if people don't insult each other broca chai latte.
Star Wars is mid tier in terms of sci-fi, not one of the most powerful. The Xeelee, Downstreamers, and possibly Culture could absolutely demolish any of the factions in this thread.
-
How? Can any of them find victory in the warp? Do you think any of them are capable of killing the uber-tier C'Tan?

Edited by Trad: 1/25/2015 10:07:59 PMDownstreamers create multiverses at an unlimited rate, are omniscient, and non corporeal. So yes, I think they're quite capable. That said, I might not be able to respond for the rest of the night, or maybe I will but not in great detail. If you wanna keep this going, it'll probably be until tomorrow when I can actually make lengthy posts.
-
Absolutely. See you then. Just wanna say a couple quick schticks: 1.) Holy crap those guys are OP. And 2.) They're human......so that means they'll revive The Emperor, grab the humans and get the hell out of dodge?
I think I can live with that.
