They do not have to let you play how you want. it is their game, their rules tough if you dont like it either. I am not here to achieve anything but it seems as if you and others defending it are.. cheesing will never be an acceptable way to play games online and will always be attempted to be removed by developers on consoles no matter if players dont like it or not.

This is not and never was a cheese. It was a spawn camping farming method. Cheesing is using glitches to beat a part of a challenge, not sitting in front of a cave shooting at a hole every 6 seconds. There is a very large difference. If you can't see how this is spawn camping and abusing an entities spawn patterns, then you are very ignorant to the fact that it is a farming method for engrams in the game. It is in no way a cheese.

It was and yes is a cheese. exploting the spawn mechanics to your advantage to make something either than was intended is a cheese no matter how you try and defend and say otherwise. Cheesing is cheating no matter how it is done or why it was done. Just because you want to defend it and think it was legit does not make ever so for Bungie seems to have agreed with everyone else that felt it was a cheese and needed to be patched or they never would have. So deal with it.

You are literally retarded. Cheesing is exploiting a glitch. The spawn rate was set to that amount of time, allowing people to kill them easily and farm. It's not a cheat if you are using what was there before it was edited. It's funny how you still defend yourself when you obviously have lost

Chessing is not just using glitches you retard. For you are the true retard if that is all you think it is. It was not meant to be done, just because people found out it could be does not meant that was intended by the developers ever. It was a cheat. It was a means to lvl up and get gear for doing literally nothing. I have not lost you dolt, it is you the cheeser and exploiters that lost and now are buthurt about it once more.

Just because the developers didn't mean you to do it, doesn't make it a cheat or cheese. Also, I never even used the loot cave, even though it was a very good way for engrams. Actually it does you do anything that was not directly intended you are cheating the game by exploiting a coding mistake. You were not meant to farm in that manner in this game, just because some found you could does not mean it was ok or allowable or should have been done or allowed to continue no matter if the players liked it or not.

Cheating: act unfair for personal use against others. This wasn't a cheat. The devs obviously wanted the spawn rate to be 6 seconds, but they had realized it was being exploited. It was a way to farm for engrams. That wasn't a disadvantage to others and didn't affect them. Just because it wasn't intended doesn't mean it is a cheese. It was never a cheese.

cheating is not just for use against others, anything you do that gives you an advantage in the game that was not intended is a cheat. they set it that low to make sure everyone had a chance to ever go there and kill them, not for people to exploit it and farm that area. If it was not intended it is a cheese, so yes it was a cheese and yes was removed and is better that it was. tough if you dont agree or dont like it. Bungie decided otherwise and is not ever coming back either.

You made a good attempt. I just dont like cheesing or those that try and defend it saying nothing is wrong about it. It was a way to farm yes, but not a way that bungie had intended or it would have been left alone.

A loot cave isn't a cheese. It is just spawn camping, also known as farming in most MMO games.

It was a cheese for it was an exploit of the games monster spawn system. in most mmo games you cannot just stand in one place all day and fire at one spot and get kills.

Most MMOs actually have very little movement to farm though. Being a shooter it is just spawn camping. Not exactly a cheese as bungie had intended the spawn to be there and players took advantage of a spawn point. There's many others still out there.

they intended the spawn to be there but for for players to stand there for hours just shooting at the cave and do nothing else. And most mmo's do have you move more than that by a large margin.
