A new guardian! Yes mate you can and I advice you to do so :)
You can get lvl 31 with faction gear pretty fast. At that point you can do alot of endgame.

Thanks bud appreciate it I've had a little bit of a tough time with the little things in this game very different from anything I've ever played I don't play mmo games starting to get used to it
