No Land Beyond-Worth Gambling For?
Hello again. I have a question.
I have heard a lot of bad reviews on this Sniper Rifle, although it does seem very interesting.
It is a Primary Weapon for one thing, which can be pretty good in PvP and has a nice classical look to it. However, the Reload sucks, especially that you have to reload it after every shot and change the clip every 6 shots.
What do you guys think, worth it or not?

3 RepliesIt's great for precision kills. But the bolt action is [i]so[/i] slow. If they buffed it to where "increased reload speed" armor buffs affected the bolt action, and not just the actual weapon reload speed, it might be useful. But as is, I only use it on patrol if I feel like changing it up a bit. I'd hold out for a drop.

It's fun to use, but it's not practical for Raids, or dare I say, Strikes. Some will oppose the Strike thing, but I find that it runs out of ammo to quick.

Besides giving yourself a challenge and potentially making you an overall better player...the gun is not great at all. I bought one simply just to add another exotic to the list... Is it worth it? That's really personal opinion, but a better question might be; Should it be an [b]Exotic[/b]? It doesn't really give me anything that makes me think so. Low ammo capacity, mediocre iron sights at best that jump around SO much with the CONSTANT animation cycles you have to suffer though for...Every. Single. Shot. I'd like to think my opinion is bias, and I really do enjoy using the gun as it's quite satisfying. Hell, for a while on CoD I was on a bolt action ONLY kick for my kills, where I pushed myself to never use anything besides my trusty rifle..but this? Make the NLB a reproduction of the Intervention from Modern Warfare and now THAT would be Exotic in my eyes c;

It is quite fun for messing around with on patrol but it is pretty useless at everything else.

3 Repliesits got 12 -blam!-ing rounds total. 12 ROUNDS. OMG WTF. That is at most, 12 kills. Icebreaker has a near infinite potential, shitting dicknipples, even P&T has more rounds ('Increased ammo for Special Weapons, Increased ammo for Sniper rifles' all affect it.) TWELVE -blam!-ING ROUNDS. Jesus friggin christ. Twelve rounds. I get its a sniper, but as a PRIMARY WEAPON, 12 rounds is too friggin low. I could deal with 24-42, somewhere in that area at least. But 12? TWELVE?!

No lol Beyond... I got one as a drop several weeks ago, held onto it for a bit hoping it might be useful... Nope, ending up dismantling it a few days ago. The shard is more useful than the weapon.

It's slow fire rate, bad iron sights that restrict most vision, small mag, low reserve ammo count make it the worst exotic yet.

Definitely the best exotic in the game, you thoroughly won't be dissapointed by it. it's better than truth, and super good advice!

If you have extra coins yeah sure. If not though, I'd pass and save them for next week. He's not really selling anything must have this week.

Watch YouTube videos on it. I pull mine out just for laughs. it's pretty fun to use, but also pretty hard to feel like you're doing any good with it
