Depends on your race, if you want to get your hands on the faction shaders or ship/ships.
Human = New Monarchy
Awoken = Dead Orbit.
English

Pretty sure the shaders drop no matter what race you are. Its just a random drop for leveling up but most people seem to get dead orbits black shader by rank 10 or so
