So why don't we get to use enemy weapons?
It seems odd that each enemy faction has a decently fleshed out arsenal, yet, aside from some stylized exotics, we can't use any of them.
Imagine equipping the Vex torch hammer or Fallen shrapnel launcher as heavy weapons, using the wire rifle or shock pistols.
Seems like a real missed opportunity.just

Because then you would have weapons that shoot homing bullets and have splash damage that hits everything within 50 feet of impact. And anything that would help the player is OP and not how destiny is intended to be played.
