Why don't you just send these cheese reports directly to Bungie instead of posting it on the forum so all these dense people can use glitches to win?
I would respect you more as a gamer, the guys you show these exploits won't even remember you next week, try helping Bungie craft a finer experience, instead of letting these cheap asses and no skilled players win.

Yes sir

"I would respect you more as a gamer.." Dude, come on.. thats a little pathetic... Its just a game.

I'm sorry but I have a bit more respect for the gaming industry than that, sorry if you think it's sad and lack the same integrity as me I just think of all the work developers put into games and the privilege of playing the medium should be treated with respect. We give them money, they let us play

Edited by Tomba: 1/21/2015 4:06:59 PMBut you where not talking about respect for the industry in your original post, you where talking about respect for the guy that posted the cheese. I'm a game dev, I studied VGD on a university and I'm currently working in some games. I think I understand quite well how the industry works. I also understand the capitalization of big companies like Activision and how they are destroying the gaming industry just for insante profits, leaving indie companies and independent devs on a difficult situation. If you want to help the industry, stop your gloating about some lame ass responsibility to companies that are destroying the industry for profit.

You must be in the wrong industry then mate and your obviously bullshitting about being a developer, your previous comment of "it's just a game" signifies you don't really give a shit how people treat your work if indeed you were a dev, then you go on to talk about Activision. This is nothing to do with Activision, it's all on Bungie, we are talking about exploits, not profits My comment to the OP was talking about having respect for the game and developers, and to stop making their jobs harder than they should be by telling every Tom Dick and Harry about ways they can exploit the game they worked on. If you're a game developer, as you claim, then surely you'd understand the direction of of my statement to him. Why would you want people cheesing your work destroying any effort you put into making it. As gamers it's also our job to provide feedback to the developers regarding bugs, exploits and glitches, not cause more damage It's like giving someone money for a hotel room, sure you have the privilege of staying there but it gives you no right to trash the room does it. Bad analogy maybe but the statement is given weight more when applied to games.

Just saying if we give them money then we should get what we paid for

I agree, because every time Bungie patches a cheese, they make their game even more broken than it already is, however the fact that gamers have to help a multi-million dollar company "craft" a better game, because they can't on their own, is pretty sad unto itself... should have took the time to get their game right before release but we all know that money talks...

Listen to this guy.
