I've contacted Xbox Support and they say the error is on Bungie's side. I've done all the possible troubleshooting, deleted install, reinstalled disc, did a factory reset on my Xbox, tried to connect to a different network, to name a few. Please help Bungie. I'm out of ideas and I think a support phone number or a support email is needed for direct contact for all of us gamers. Please let me know what I can do to resolve this issue.
